EuroDIG 2025 will take place from 12 – 14 May 2025 at the Palais de l’Europe, the Council of Europe’s main building in Strasbourg’s European Quarter.

Access to the building
To access the building a valid photo ID is required for visitors over the age of 16. Please be aware that it may take some time on the first day of your visit to EuroDIG to go thru the accreditation process. It is advised to avoid the “rush hour” at the Council of Europe between 9:00 and 10:00 and instead be at the registration at 8:00 already.
Registration
Registration for the event via our online form is mandatory and open since March. Participants who are planning to attend in person must register by 6th of May 2025 at the latest
Catering
Coffee will be served in the Hemicycle foyer before the opening on 12 May and during the morning and afternoon breaks on 13 May.
For lunch, participants can use the cafeteria and restaurant in the CoE building on a self-pay basis. You can also bring your own packed lunch and enjoy the beautiful terraces of the CoE building. Coffee stations in the CoE building are available on a self-pay basis.
Sessions
We are using AI transcriptions provided by Zoom. All sessions in the Hemicycle will be held in English and French. All other sessions will be held in English only. We will provide the recordings and transcripts (in English) of all sessions on the wiki session page after the event.
