The following information from your passport/identity card (Nationality, Date of birth, Document type, Passport/ID card number, Document expiry date) is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating your access to the Charlemagne building of the European Commission, the venue for EuroDIG 2026, and providing you with your VPASS, which will be sent to you by email by the European Commission. We will share this information with the European Commission, along with your surname, first name and email address. The European Commission processes personal data only for security purposes and to grant access to the building, as stated in its privacy statement.
Please note that you will need to present the document you used to register here to the security staff on site in order to enter the venue.
