Programme review

January – February 2018

Evaluation of submissions and programme draft

During the join call for issues we received 261 submissions for both, the 2018 EuroDIG and SEEDIG programme. In a next step Subject Matter Experts are reviewing all proposals submitted for EuroDIG. They will cluster them into thematic subtopics and will present a draft programme outline for discussion during the public planning meeting on 1 February 2018 in Tbilisi. The planning meeting is open for everyone and free of charge. Join us!

Our aim is to accommodate all submissions in the EuroDIG programme, because our concept is not to reject or accept proposals, but bring together people that can contribute to a session from different perspectives. We believe this truly fosters a multi stakeholder discussion, both during the session planning process and the EuroDIG event.

The draft programme outline will be published here at the end of January and we invite everyone to comment on it.

Once the programme is consolidated we will reach out to all submitters directly encouraging them to form teams that organise the sessions. But Org Teams are open and everyone is invited to join at any time.
