Programme review

January – February 2018

Evaluation of submissions and programme draft

The aim is to accommodate all submissions in the EuroDIG programme, because our concept is not to reject or accept proposals, but bring together people that can contribute to a session from different perspectives. We believe this truly fosters a multi stakeholder discussion, both during the session planning process and the EuroDIG event.

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are helping to cluster all submissions into sub themes and drafting the programme.

During the session planning process SME’s also serve as mentors for all sessions in one specific category. They help new Focal Points to organise their session and oversee that EuroDIG’s session principles are respected.

The consolidated programme  is based on the submissions and the result of the open consultation including a public planning meeting and is then shaped by the community.
