Information letter No. 8/15 - Shape the agenda!

The 9th EuroDIG takes place on 9-10 June 2016 in the heart of Brussels! And you can decide which topics will be discussed – Get involved and shape the agenda!

  • Call for issues: Until the 31 December 2015 we are looking forward to receiving proposals on topics which should be part of the agenda of EuroDIG 2016. A submission takes not more than 3 minutes; the call does not request a concise session description, only the mere mention of the topic which should be discussed next year.
  • Online review: From 5. January on all submissions will be published at the website. Everybody is invited to evaluate the proposals. This is a complementary way of consultation for the broader EuroDIG community to indicate key topics.
  • The open planning meeting takes place on 26 January 2016 at the Albert Borschette Conference Centre. During the meeting participants agree on the overarching theme, review the proposals submitted and set the scene for the EuroDIG 2016 programme. The planning meeting registration is open now.
