EuroDIG 2026 will take place from 26-27 May 2026 at the Charlemagne Building of the European Commission in Brussels.
The address is: Charlemagne building, Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.
Entrance
On the corner of Rue de la Loi and Rue du Taciturne.
Public Transport
We strongly recommend using public transport to come to the Charlemagne Building. The closest stop is ‘Schuman’ and can be reached by metro, bus and train. When leaving the metro station, follow the signs for the ‘Berlaymont’ exit.
Dedicated parking for buses is available in Rue du Taciturne (on your right when turning off rue de la Loi).
Bicycle Parking Near Charlemagne Building
For visitors arriving by bicycle, there are several convenient parking options around the Schuman roundabout and near the Schuman metro station. Bike racks are also available along Rue de la Loi/Wetstraat and Boulevard Charlemagne/Karel de Grotelaan.

The Charlemagne Building is wheelchair-accessible. Please indicate your needs on the application form.

Wi-Fi is available inside the Charlemagne Building.
Registration
Registration for the event via our online form is mandatory and open since the beginning of March. Participants who are planning to attend in person must register by 30th of April 2026 the very latest.
Access to the Building
To enter the Charlemagne Building you must show to the security:
- A proof of registration to the event
(The email confirming your registration, titled “Your registration to EuroDIG 2026 – on-site participation” send to you by our registration system. It can be shown either on your electronic device or on paper.) - Your personal VPass to access the Commission’s building
(You will receive your personal VPass as QR code by email, provided and send to you by the European Commission when registered for on-site participation. Please have a look into the email confirming your registration for additional details. The Vpass can be shown on your electronic device or on paper.) - The identity document you registered with
(Original ID card or passport – no driving license accepted)
You must also pass through a metal detector, similar to those at airports, and your belongings will be X‑rayed.
