Join the public planning meeting today!

Tune in today from 12:00 to 15:30 UTC for the EuroDIG 2026 Public Planning Meeting. We invite everyone to take this opportunity and contribute to the programme of the upcoming EuroDIG in Brussels. Based on the Call for Issues, the draft programme designed by the Programme Committee, and comments by the EuroDIG community, gaps and opportunities will be discussed so that the programme structure reflects the most relevant topics in digital governance. In order to participate, please sign up on the EuroDIG website.

Collaborative session planning at EuroDIG

After the planning meeting, the programme remains open and evolves through Org Teams, which anyone can join based on their personal or professional interests to help shape the session. Org Teams work under the guidance of a Focal Point, who coordinates the collaborative process and ensures that the session follows EuroDIG’s session principles: focusing on emerging issues on the European agenda, avoiding repetition of past topics, and designing interactive formats. Sessions are planned to balance time between speakers and audience, actively involve onsite and remote participants, and reflect stakeholder, gender, age, geographical, and youth diversity. Information and coordination run transparently via the mailing list and the EuroDIG wiki. Stay tuned for the call for Org Teams!
