Call for Org Teams
We invite everyone who would like to shape EuroDIG 2025 to join an Org Team! For each session, interested individuals can easily become members by signing up to a dedicated mailing list.
Which session to choose?
EuroDIG 2025 will incorporate 5 Main Topics as well as 11 Workshops, you can find them in the Consolidated Programme. For each of those sessions, you can find short teasers on their wiki page, drafted by the EuroDIG Programme Committee, to get some guidance on the specific issue at hand. If this sparks your interest, you can find the link to the session mailing list in the section titled “Get involved” on each wiki page.
What is the timeline?
We are currently finalising the Focal Points for each session. Focal Points t lead of the session organisation. They work in close cooperation with the respective Programme Committee member(s) and the EuroDIG Secretariat and act as a link to the Org Team. It might take a few days for the work to start, but we encourage you to sign up to the mailing list(s) as soon as possible so that you can be involved right from the start. We expect the session plans to be final by April 14.
Who can participate?
Org Teams are open to anyone and thrive when different minds from diverse backgrounds work together. Expect an inclusive working environment and share your ideas! You can learn more about the EuroDIG approach to session organisation on our website.
EuroDIG 2025 takes place May 12-14 in Strasbourg, France, hosted by the Council of Europe in cooperation with the Luxembourg Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
