Meet the Focal Point – Sofia Rasgado
This week, we would like to introduce to you the Focal Point of the EuroDIG 2024 workshop 1b “Protecting vulnerable groups online from harmful content – new (technical) approaches”: Sofia Rasgado.
Sofia Rasgado has a background in sociology and public health. She currently works at the National Cybersecurity Centre, where she is responsible for the coordination of the Portuguese Safer Internet Centre. She has been active in Internet governance since 2015, particularly on topics such as human rights online and No Hate Speech movement; children in the digital environment; media literacy; Youth participation and INSAFE network best practices, among others.
