Promoting Universal Acceptance for a Multilingual Internet: Launch of the UNESCO-ICANN Policy Brief
Join EuroDIG Extra Vol. 10 on 18 May 2026 (14:30-15:30 CEST) for the launch of the UNESCO-ICANN Policy Brief “Advancing Universal Acceptance of All Domain Names and Email Addresses for a Multilingual Internet”. Ensuring that the Internet supports all languages and scripts is essential for an inclusive and accessible digital space. However, many systems still do not fully recognize domain names and email addresses in diverse languages. This session will bring together global stakeholders to address these gaps in the digital ecosystem.
